How fast can I get my Brew Heeler fix delivered?
Orders are typically roasted, packed, and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within a week after purchase. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping, and do you offer free delivery?
Shipping is currently free on all coffee orders within the U.S. — no minimum required.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Right now, Brew Heeler ships within the United States only. As the pack grows, international shipping may be added down the line.
What’s your return policy if I’m not satisfied?
Our goal is for every customer to love their Brew Heeler experience. If something’s not right, reach out and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or another solution that ensures you’re happy.
How does the Brew Heeler subscription work?
When you subscribe, your favorite blend is automatically delivered on your chosen schedule — either monthly or every two weeks. You’ll save 5% on each bag and can manage everything from your account dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my subscription any time?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel deliveries at any time directly from your account page — no hoops to jump through.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Subscription payments renew automatically based on your delivery frequency.

Do you offer decaf or different roast options?
At the moment, our lineup includes medium and dark roasts — each designed for balanced flavor and daily drinkability. Decaf and specialty roasts are something we will be adding soon as Brew Heeler continues to grow.
Where are Brew Heeler’s coffee beans sourced, and who roasts them?
Our beans come from a blend of premium coffee-growing regions around the world and are roasted in small batches by our U.S. roasting partner to ensure freshness and consistency in every bag.
Is your coffee ethically sourced or Fair Trade?
We partner with roasters who prioritize responsible sourcing and sustainability. Every batch is chosen with care to balance great flavor with ethical practices.
