No surprises. No add-ons. No fine print.
All Brew Heeler coffee prices already include shipping.
What you see at checkout is the final price, always.
That means no additional charge for shipping on all standard orders and no hidden handling fees.
We believe pricing should be as transparent as possible, and you can hold us to that.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are roasted, packed, and shipped fresh through our fulfillment partner.

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and location
Please note: Unfortunately, we do not fulfill international orders at this time. Bulk and wholesale orders are sold Ex-Warehouse, meaning responsibility for the order passes to the buyer once it leaves our fulfillment facility.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Coffee is a consumable product, and for safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returned coffee.
That said, if something goes wrong, we’re committed to making it right.
Here’s how we handle it, clearly and fairly:
If the Issue Was on Our End
Mistakes happen, rarely but honestly.
Examples:

Wrong grind

Incorrect label

Fulfillment error
What we’ll do:

Replace your order at no cost

Cover both coffee and shipping

Expedite the replacement when possible
You’ll never be asked to return coffee.
If the Issue Was Caused by Shipping or Delivery Issues Outside of Our Control
Sometimes things happen that we can't control.
Examples:

Carrier errors
-
Packages marked delivered but not received
-
Theft after delivery
How we handle it:

We’ll work with you to decide the best solution

If a replacement is issued:

We cover the coffee cost (up to $25)

Shipping is covered by the customer

Our goal is to keep things fair and make sure you’re supported.
If the Order Needs to Be Updated After Checkout
In some cases, an order may need changes after it has already been submitted.
Examples include:

Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout

Order preferences submitted incorrectly
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the information before it goes out. However, once an order enters processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
How we handle it:

If a correction is successful before shipment, no further action is needed

If a replacement is required, a new order can be placed

The cost of the replacement and shipping will apply
We’ll always do our best to help quickly and keep things moving.
A Final Note
We’ll never ask you to return coffee because it doesn’t meet our safety and quality standards.
